Nelly Rodriguez, M.Ed.

Biography

Nelly Forsyth-Rodriguez is a first generation Mexican immigrant who has dedicated over a decade of her life, to the improvement and development of multilingual education programs in the state of Texas. Nelly is a relentless champion for children and has worked for a decade advocating for marginalized and vulnerable communities across the state of Texas. Throughout her career, Nelly has led youth-sectors services focused on early childhood education, grade-level literacy, emergency response, collective impact, and bilingual and multilingual programs. Her work includes being a founder of the first multilingual program to serve the Brazos Valley community where she designed the first multilingual researched-based curriculum available in the area, currently undergoing an international expansion to Mexico, Spain and France, in collaboration with early education centers dedicate to advocate for multilingual programs.
As a Chair for Fundraising and Networking at ChildreNinos, a bilingual organization for Early Childhood recruitment and development of early childhood professionals, Nelly co-led the creation of a statewide system to recruit and train early childhood teacher-candidates to help reduce the workforce gap across centers in Texas.  Nelly has also served as a volunteer for multiple organizations dedicated to provide educational programs serving over 2,500 children and their families across the state of Texas.
She began her career as a bilingual education teacher for the low-income population of the Brazos Valley. Nelly has taught college-level courses at The University of Texas at El Paso and Texas A&M University. Currently, Nelly is an activist for multilingual programs, as well as staff development and continuing education for early childhood professionals. She holds a bachelor's of arts in bilingual journalism and communication from UT El Paso, a bachelor's of science in bilingual education EC-6th, as well as a master’s degree in Bilingual Education and School Administration from Texas A&M University, and is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Curriculum Development and Multilingual Instructional Practices from Northcentral University.

Mrs. Grajeda's love and dedication for children is visible on the way children love her back. Her expertise in Early Childhood Development of 30+ years and the way she shares her knowledge through training and supervision with all our new teachers guaranties the best care for every child.

Bonifacio Solis-Mora

Biography

Bonifacio Solis-Mora has been in the education industry for almost three decades of experience with diverse learning settings. He graduated from the Instituto de Estudios Superiores de Tamaulipas as a Industrial Psychologist, and initially worked as Staff Training and Development Coordinator for two years until an opportunity to become a teacher in Texas was offered. After completing his alternative certification program he became a Bilingual Generalist EC-4, gaining experience at the elementary level.
A few years later, he obtained the Master's Degree in Educational Management through the Universidad Regiomontana, providing more knowledge in the school administration setting.
He has held several positions along with his teaching experience in all grade levels from kindergarten through fourth grade, such as Elementary Bilingual Team leader, Elementary Grade Level Leader, and currently Department Chair for the Foreign Languages Department at the High School level.
His background in education has provided him with a wealth of knowledge in the training and learning processes,  leading not only his students to a successful academic progress, but also adults through trainings related to their needs.
Also, he has been leading a non-profit organization dedicated to provide early childhood trainings and development for staff and directors, being a pivotal point in coordinating annual seminars and conferences.
In his future goals, he plans to provide all his experience to support TCN and provide the best quality in services offered, and expand the services in Spanish for our Hispanic community.
