Advocating for Childcare Across TexasTCN is a collaboration that defines and advocates for the early childhood education profession. The board of directors have established a Childcare Advocacy Framework of recommendations on educator roles and responsibilities, aligned preparation and training, profession compensation and recruitment opportunities, and a supportive infrastructure with shared accountability.
